~ Mixed Salad, Hearts of Palm, Beets, Endive, Asparagus
~ Tostadas de Jamón - Jamón ibérico, Manchego, Crostini, Balsamic Reduction
~ Paella - Crawfish, Shrimp, Scallops, Mussels, Seasoned Rice
- Strawberry Gazpacho with Basil, Jamón Ibérico (This recipe was influenced by Chef Daniel Humm of Eleven Madison Park)
~ Pollo a la Andaluza - Spiced grilled chicken over sautéed spinach
~ Beef Medallions with Saffron Sauce
~ Flan
