~Seared Scallops, Balsamic Reduction, Ratatouille, Potato Gallete
~Quail Eggs (These are not the easier eggs to work with…you must have some patience when working with these at first)
~Young Rabbit
~Rabbit with Fingerling Potatoes, Herbs
~Rabbit with Porcini Sauce, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
~Creme Brûlée
